High Plains Power is proud to support the educational goals of the youth in our communities and remains committed to investing in their future. We encourage all eligible students to apply!
Scholarship packets will be available through your high school guidance counselor, for pick up at High Plains Power - Riverton Office, or on the High Plains Power website:
