National Night Out Planning Meeting: Tuesday, June 18, 2024

 Our next meeting will be Tuesday, June 18^th, 2024 @ 4:30pm in the council chambers at city hall. If you are unable to attend, I will send out another email next week to go over anything discussed/ needed.

So far this week, we are working on getting volunteers for booths, or anyone that would like to have a booth (game or informational), any donations for prizes (gift cards, toys, drawing items, etc.) and of course looking for food/beverage items as well (hot dogs, buns, chips, condiments, bottled water, napkins, hot dog trays, ice, etc).

 

We have not had any luck yet with finding anyone to do face painting, Cindy has reached out to someone but she has not gotten back to us. We are also looking for canopies, cornhole boards to do that booth again (adults enjoy that one more than the kids), and also a baseball speed gun. If you, or you know anyone that would like to volunteer for a booth (or have their own), or would like to donate anything, please let me know or send them our way J
