Wyoming Outdoor Council: Open Call for Wylder Market, Deadline is Friday, April 25

OPEN CALL for WYLDER MARKET

Dear Carol, Are you an artist, business, or organization committed to the care of Wyoming communities and landscapes?   If so, join us for the WYlder Market — an exciting feature of the WYlder Festival — at the David Street Station in downtown Casper on Friday, May 30 from 5–8 p.m. The WYlder Market is a unique opportunity to share your goods, programs, services, and ideas with our statewide community to help spark stewardship for Wyoming’s ecosystems and people. Fill out the simple application linked below to submit your idea for a booth.    WYlder Market Request for Proposals   Deadline: 5 p.m. on Friday, April 25   Submissions will be reviewed by the event planning team on a rolling basis. Preference will be given to applicants with a demonstrated connection to caring for healthy communities and ecosystems and preparedness to host a booth.  There is no booth or participation fee, but a suggested donation for accepted vendors and artists in any amount is greatly appreciated. —————————— WYLDER MARKET TIMELINE Call for vendor/artist participants opens: March 27 Call closes: April 25 Selection period: Rolling basis with final decisions by May 2 Notification to vendors/artists: Rolling basis with final outreach by May 2 Deadline for vendor/artist acceptance: Within 3 days of notification Show date: May 30 —————————— Accepted vendors and artists will also have the option to display their work or information at the exhibit hall during the daytime session of the WYlder Festival on Saturday, May 31, at the Ramkota Conference Center.  The Market is part of our broader WYlder Festival (May 30 – June 1 in Casper), a one-of-a-kind-gathering of our statewide community — including citizens, Tribal members, businesses, organizations, and artists — to explore our collective role in caring for Wyoming’s landscapes and people. High Plains Power: 2025 Annual Meeting - Saturday, April 19

Our 2025 Annual Meeting will be held on April 19, 2025 at the Fremont Center, Fremont County Fairgrounds

Doors will open at 9am for registration.
Meeting starts at 10am.

Early registration is Friday April 18, at the Riverton HPP office. Normal business hours (Lobby is closed from 1pm-2pm).

We will have breakfast snacks, drinks, door prizes, SWAG, and a $25 bill credit for those that register to attend. There will also be Meal Vouchers that will be good Friday April 18 and Saturday April 19th.

We have a lot to share with you! We'll be talking about the energy market, our rate increase and other topics that affect the cooperative today. We'll also be voting on our Directors for Districts 1, 2, and 3.
